Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject authorizes MDK-metal s.r.o., U stadionu 331/15, Dubí, 417 02, ID No.: 027 36 128(hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data of the data subject in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- first and last name
- address
- phone number
Alternatively:
- company
- Company ID
- Tax ID Number
First name, last name, address, phone number, email address, company name, business ID, and tax ID must be processed for the purpose of selling goods. This data will be processed by the data controller and operator for an indefinite period.
The controller is registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection under registration number 00058267.
Processing of Personal Data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject grants their explicit consent to the processing described above. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for exampleby using the tools we offer in your customer account, or by sending an email or a letter tothe company’s contact information. The personal data of data subjects is fully secured against misuse. The seller does not disclose the data subject’s personal data to any other party, with the exception of external carriers to whom the buyers’ personal data is disclosed to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods.
- Personal data is processed by the Controller.
- The following processors may also process personal data on behalf of the Controller:
- Web Hosting Provider
- Web system and application providers.
- Third-party carriers to whom personal data is disclosed to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods.
- Chief Accountant for the Administrator.
The Data Subject's Rights to Rectification, to Be Forgotten, and to Access Personal Data
Please note that, under the Personal Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this information from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request that we delete this personal information,
